This challenge creates a no-win situation for female executives who want work-life balance and the best of both worlds -- a fulfilling family life and a meaningful career.

Today you’ll hear from CEO of Zelis, Amanda Eisel who is a successful executive with some helpful strategies to address the problem of balance between work and home.
