Let's examine the word ambition, or ambitious, or… 'ambitious woman'. When applied to women, the adjective "ambitious" is usually used pejoratively, as discussed in Meghan, Duchess of Sussex's recent podcast with Serena Williams.  Many women Mel and Michelle know do not identify as being ambitious, but they are ambitious for the world, their organizations, and their families. We think it's time to pull this word apart to see what it really means for women.
