We're back! Will joined us this week and brought along his friend David Sonney. David is a military veteran and has some awesome stories to tell about some of his military experience and dodging bullets when he arrived back in the States. We tell some stories, talk local "dive bars", and discuss the new Metaverse coming to a reality near you! Had a great time getting to know David and learning just how handy having a fire pole built into your house really is!
What an F1 season! Our F1 expert, Ben is here to go over the thrilling season finale in Abu Dhabi.
We're back after taking a little break over Thanksgiving. This week Ashley Carter is back and she has taken over the American Inexperience. Ashley asked our friend and professional equestrian, Katie Stewart-Siwicki to come on the show and talk all about riding horses. Ashley has recently gotten back on a horse after not riding for many years. Katie and her dad have welcomed her back to R. Stewart Hunters and Jumpers with open arms. We got to sit down with Katie and reconnect, and get to know her even better. Looking forward to the next time we get together!
Ben is back and fresh off his trip to Austin, Texas for the US Grand Prix F1 race! Ben is quickly becoming the show's F1 Expert and we're talking all things going on currently with the 2021 F1 season as it winds to a close. We talked a little about our afternoon golfing a few months back, shortening major league baseball games, and making nascar races shorter. But, most of all we talked about Ben's trip to Austin, his first motorsports weekend, ever!
My good friend Ryan comes by this week. Ryan owns Sackett Flooring in Kalamazoo and has also been involved in the IT field for a long time. We talk a bit about his career both past and present, but decided we had probably sit down and talk about our poor luck deer hunting this season, especially after I had a bad miss a few weeks back on a good buck. Ryan also recently got back from an elk hunt in Idaho, so we figured this was a good opportunity to hear all about his week in some rough terrain hunting out west.
We're back! This week we had Tyler Hassing come by after a long hiatous from the show. Tyler not only showed up but brought his long time friend Luke Krick on with him. Luke owns Shelbyville Garage in Shelbyville, Michigan. He does a lot of racing and is looking forward to fielding a template late model stock car for the 2022 season. We told lots of stories and had a lot of laughs. It was great to get to know Luke a little more and hope we can do it again!
We're back with Greg Brettin this week. Greg works in IT and cyber security. Unfortuantely due to some government security clearance issues that the American Inexperience doesnt have, we couldn't get quite in depth as I hoped we would. But Greg filled us in as best as he could. On top of that, he has been building a Nissan 370z and learning every skill needed as he goes. Its an impressive story about building a car with a lot of inexperience and gaining a ton of experience and skills in the process. We also talked about ice and about some new vehicles coming to market in the next couple years.
We're back! Not only are we back, but we've finally got "Jim the Pilot" on the show! Jim is a graduate of, and currently a flight instructor for Western Michigan's School of Aviation. We are talking all about air travel. We talk a little about Jim's interests and hobbies, his flight training, and we hit him with the hard questions like where does the airplane lavitory dump? We had a great time getting to know Jim.

We're back this week with the one and only Chris Merry. Chris is fresh off making the fastest passes in his twin turbo G8 ever! We figured it was only fitting to have him on and talk all about it. We get into talking about some current events and probably show just how little we know about what is actually going on in this great nation of ours. It's always good catching up with Chris! Congrats on those fast passes man!
American Inexperience is brought to you this week by TLR Coatings of Kalamazoo, Michigan for all your powder coating needs!
Will is back with me this week on the show. We talk a little bit about work, my struggles truck shopping, current sporting events with post season baseball upon us, football started back up, and Bubba Wallace's big win at Talladega! We also talk about The Bob and Tom morning radio show and a funny story from Josh Arnold about his alias in college.
