Tia is my guest on today’s podcast. She is a Puerto Rican, New York City native professional dancer and choreographer who leads a vibrant and passionate life. She was simply born to make an impact on this world – and she has. 

Tia began dancing professionally at 17 years old. Since then, she’s performed globally with superstars like Jennifer Lopez, Beyoncé, Usher, Mariah Carey, Kanye West, and so many more. Most recently, with the knowledge and experience she’s gained as a performer, she began working as a choreographer and movement coach. With all this, she has a strong drive to provide motivation and education for aspiring entertainers, helping shape the lives of many in pursuit of their dreams. 

In this episode, Tia shares her hacks, tools, and tricks that have given her the strength to dance and pursue her career as an entertainer. In addition to sharing her major career breakthrough moments, she shares how spirituality guides her life and decisions, how she decided to move across the country, and ultimately what brought her into the world of personal development and why she’s sticking with it.

Claire is an actress, producer, entrepreneur, Vice President and Independent Consultant of the skincare company Arbonne International, as well as co-owner of a Mexican-inspired restaurant in Los Angeles. She’s passionate about health, beauty, and personal growth, making her such an inspiring person and empowering woman. 

Throughout her journey at Arbonne she helped transform lives through premium vegan products, as well as discovered that choosing her own path of passion makes her a lot happier than pursuing a path forced on her.
