PLEASE NEVER LISTEN TO THIS AUDIO WHILE DRIVING OR OPERATING ANY MACHINES. IT IS MEANT FOR YOU TO LISTEN TO THIS IN BED BEFORE SLEEP.
This hypnotherapy session will assist you in eliminating overthinking by causing amnesia as you relax and allowing your mind to forget your daily stress so you can fall asleep. You can escape the stress and anxiety of your everyday life by letting go of all sensations, feelings, impulses, and distracting thoughts. In order to fall asleep for the night, it is necessary to observe your breath to unwind from the many distractions in your mind in the background. This allows us to become even more sleepy and eventually fall asleep.
