Amy has been in the holistic health and wellness space for over 30 years. After overcoming several physical and mental/emotional health challenges and a life of people-pleasing which had resulted in much pain, conflict and ultimately complete burnout and a mid-life crisis, Amy discovered how to live a life more tapped into her heart and soul and of her own choosing which was fully integrated, healthy and whole. Now she is passionate about helping others do the same and loves helping women harmonize their masculine and feminine energies, step into their natural Goddess nature and regain their feminine while still keeping their sovereignty and warrior spirit!
