Anna Robards was only 26 when she met her now husband Tim Robards on the inaugural season of The Bachelor in 2013. 

Once the finale aired, Anna was thrust into the spotlight and found herself trying to navigate one of the most publicly scrutinised relationships in the country and a new career in media. Then, after a stint on reality show SAS Australia and a near-fatal birth experience, Anna learnt how to let go of fear and finally found her voice. 

In this episode of the Stellar podcast, Anna tells us about the five words a Navy Seal said to her that changed her life, what it’s like to support a spouse who’s an aspiring actor, and how the traumatic birth of her second child taught her to finally live in the moment.
