This is Alex and I have a couple of exciting announcements –

Amanda Jones will be coaching during the 6 week course - Little School of Big Change this Fall. The course begins this Monday September 11th.

Coach Becky Gagnon and I will be leading a 4 week course starting Thursday Oct 5th called “Who do you think you are?” where we will be exploring the role of our identities in different areas of our lives and how inquiring into our ideas of how we need to show up in the world to fulfill these identities can create separation that can manifest in stress, anxiety, and other habits.
