This week on #PhinsiderRadio, we will talk about the upcoming free agency period. Armando Salguero of the Miami Herald released an article saying the Miami Dolphins will be focusing on defense, defense and more defense! Is this true? MC$ has the details on what is going to go down.
After free agency comes the draft, which means there are plenty of prospects to talk about. Sure, the plan is defense, defense and more defense but what if someone like OJ Howard falls to Miami in the early 20s? Will they abandon their plan or are they happy with their current group of tight ends?
We'll also take a quick look around the NFL and see who may be getting the franchise tag and if Kenny Stills is a candidate for that tag.

The New England Patriots are your Super Bowl Champions, but they are #NotMyChampions. We can't stand Tom Brady, but we do need to touch on this subject for just a few minutes, even though it will be quite painful.
However, with the Super Bowl now in the rear-view mirror, it's time to push all of our focus to free agency and the draft. The Dolphins are expected to be aggressive in free agency, but why does that piece of information matter? We'll tell you what the difference is between this year and last year.
With their aggressive nature coming into focus, what does that mean for certain players? Rumors are swirling that the Dolphins want to upgrade at defnsive tackle, so who would be the odd man out?

This week on Phinsider Radio, we preview the upcoming Super Bowl between the Atlanta Falcons and New England Patriots. As Dolphins fans, we're all likely rooting for the Falcons but can their offense sustain their momentum against the Patriots defense? Will Tom Brady go off on the Falcons defense? And, we'll ask a question that will make you think too. Hint: It's about Tom Brady and them winning the Super Bowl on Sunday.
Kenny Stills is set to be a free agent but the Dolphins want him to stay and Stills wants to stay. What will it cost to keep him and does it make sense for the Dolphins to move on and pay someone else similar money?
Finally, we'll breathe a loud sigh of relief after we receiving the news that Ryan Tannehill doesn't need ACL surgery. What does this mean for him and the Dolphins as they head in OTAs and Training Camp? Probably a lot more than you ever thought.

The Super Bowl is set but the Miami Dolphins have been busy. First, they hired linebacker coach Frank Bush. What will he bring to the table? He has a wealth of experience in the NFL but will it help the Dolphins linebacker corps?
Speaking of linebackers, the Dolphins are in the hunt for a middle linebacker and perhaps an outside linebacker. Who makes sense for them? After Jamie Collins just got a monster deal, can the Dolphins afford someone like Melvin Ingram or Dont'a Hightower?
It's the week of the Senior Bowl so we'll touch on that before previewing the Pro Bowl and Super Bowl Matchup between the Atlanta Falcons and the New England Patriots.

The Miami Dolphins have been eliminated from playoff contention for just about a week, but it seems like an eternity. Since that time, a lot has happened. Multiple head coaching positions have been filled, including the Denver Broncos, where former defensive coordinator Vance Joseph is now the man in charge.
With Joseph's departure, former linebackers coach Matt Burke will take control of the defense in Miami. Who exactly is Matt Burke and what type of defense will he bring to the table? We have your answers. With those answers, we'll be able to look at free agency and try to pinpoint where the Dolphins will look. Hint: One of those players includes Melvin Ingram, linebacker for the Los Angeles Chargers (man, that felt weird typing that).
We'll also take a quick look at the rest of the playoff race (Go Steelers) and try to figure out who will play in the Super Bowl in February. Will Sutton be taking his new mini-van on a road trip to Houston? We'll discuss Sutton's newest purchase, which officially puts him into the category of Soccer Dad.

The Miami Dolphins season is now over after losing to the Pittsburgh Steelers in the Wild Card Round this past weekend. With that 2016-2017 season now in the rearview mirror, what’s next?
We’ll begin on the defensive side of the ball. Is Vance Joseph headed to the Denver Broncos or a different team and if so, what does that mean for the Dolphins? We’ll tell you who the front-runner is and what he brings to the table.
We’ll briefly take a look at the game against the Steelers and use it to figure out what the Dolphins need to do in the offseason to fix their problems on both offense and defense. A lot of people have been asking what the difference is between this year and 2008. We'll break it down and explain to you why Adam Gase is light years ahead of Tony Sparano.
We’ll also talk about the remainder of the playoffs – who do we think is best suited for a run at the Super Bowl title. Hint: We’ll try to make it anyone but the Patriots!
Finally, we’ll give you a timeline of what to expect now that the Dolphins season is over. What are the upcoming key dates, what should you be looking for and how you can still stay involved over the next few months.

The Miami Dolphins are in the playoffs for the first time since 2008! On Sunday, January 8, they will face off against the Pittsburgh Steelers in the first round of the AFC Wild Card Series. Can they pull off another win like they did earlier in the season or are the Steelers out for revenge? We'll talk with Jeff Hartman from Behind the Steel Curtain to break down the upcoming game.
We'll also be joined by Jack Slingland from TickPick to talk about how the Dolphins vs. Steelers ticket is the second hottest game this weekend behind the Lions vs. Seahawks game. Why is this one of the most popular tickets this weekend and just how much are tickets going for? Additionally, if the Dolphins keep advancing, will they continue to be just as hot of a ticket?

The Miami Dolphins are in the playoffs for the first time since 2008! After defeating the Buffalo Bills in overtime, the Dolphins and all of their fans sat back and watched the Denver Broncos lose to the Kansas City Chiefs, thus punching the Dolphins' ticket to the playoffs. We'll break down the game and what the playoffs mean for the Dolphins not only this year, but for years to come.
We'll look ahead to the Patriots game as well and will be joined by Matthew Rewinski from Pats Puplit, part of the SB Nation Network. Will the Patriots rest their players or will they play hard as they look to wrap up the number one seed in the AFC?

The Miami Dolphins defeated the New York Jets, 34-10 in a game that was out of reach shortly after the second half began. Another thing out of reach? The Jets fans trying to take back control of their stadium, as thousands of Dolphins fans became louder and louder as the game went on, until the Jets fans finally gave up and headed towards the exits.
Houtz, Sutton and Cannata were at the game - together - all in the same place and it was LIT AF. We'll talk about our tailgating experience and how Sutton almost missed the entire game.
The Dolphins have a huge matchup against the Buffalo Bills on Saturday and if they win and see the Broncos lose on Sunday, they are in the playoffs for the first time since the 2008 season. Can they pull it off and what are the keys to the game? Matt Moore will need to be solid as he was against the Jets but he's going to need some help from Jay Ajayi to keep things rolling. Will the defense be able to stop the Bills' offensive weapons? Tony Lippett and Xavien Howard has a great game against the Jets but they'll have their hands full this coming weekend.

The Miami Dolphins came away with a 26-23 victory over the Arizona Cardinals on Sunday. It was a wet day with a lot of mishaps on the field but the Dolphins were the one who made the less mistakes and came away with another win in the standings. However, they lost a huge part of their team when Ryan Tannehill went down in the third quarter. Tests have showed it is a sprained ACL/MCL, which is great news for the offseason. But, will he be able to come back this season? Is it even a good idea if it comes back?
The Dolphins are in the thick of a playoff race and need to win on Saturday to keep their playoff hopes alive. The path to the playoffs is clear - will the Dolphins be able to pull it off? We will discuss that and more!
