Sadie Sabin is worth the hype, my friends! I've seen her name circling around in the mindfulness space for a few years now, but our conversation together this day was my first real encounter with her, and lemme tell ya...she is one powerful woman.

Something that was unexpected about our episode is that I originally asked Sadie to come on to talk about her self love courses, children's meditations,  and her hiking retreats--but Sadie ended up going deep into her relationship with her faith.

Because my episode last week was all about my faith expansion out of Mormonism, I feel it is only appropriate to air Sadie's story of expanding her faith while choosing to remain a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints (Mormonism).
