  • The History of The Entire Universe in 10 Minutes

The entire Universe, every electron, proton, atom, every star and galaxy, was born out of a singularity that brought about our whole existence. The Big Bang, an isolated moment in space and time, created something out of nothing. For eons we didn’t know much about the Universe, but through advancements in science and technology we’re now able to travel back in time, right to the point just after the Big Bang to finally piece together its entire history. And in the next 10 minutes, I’ll be sharing that history with you.

  • Money: Humanity's Biggest Illusion

The illusion of money is one that we never really think about. But just like the Kings of old, the governments of today understand the power of money and, as always, want more of it.

  • TikTok Is Causing A Mass Psychosis

In June 2019, Kirsten Muller-Vahl, a psychiatrist at Hannover Medical School and head of its Tourette’s outpatient department, noticed unusual symptoms in her new set of patients. To begin with, all of them were teenagers, and they were suffering from sudden and uncontrollable tics. Even though none of them had any history of the condition, they were all shouting different kinds of obscenities.

  • Everything We Don't Know

For all of our progress, the list of things we don't understand is still longer than the list of things we do.

We've split the atom. We've mapped the human genome. We've landed on the moon and sent robots to Mars. Every generation believes it's closer to figuring it all out. And every generation discovers just how much it was wrong about.

We still don't know what 95% of the universe is made of. We can't explain why we dream. We don't understand how consciousness works. We have no idea what's at the bottom of our own oceans. We've cataloged millions of species and suspect there are millions more we haven't found.

The more we learn, the more the mystery grows. Every answer opens ten new questions. Every breakthrough reveals how much was hiding behind it.

This episode is about the humbling, beautiful, terrifying reality of everything we still don't know. The gaps in our science, the limits of our understanding, and why the smartest thing humanity can do is admit that after thousands of years of progress, we've barely scratched the surface.

🎧 This one will make you feel very small and very curious at the same time.

  • What If Black Panther Was Real?

Black Panther wasn't just a movie. For millions of people, it was the first time they saw themselves as the hero.

When Chadwick Boseman stepped onto the screen as King T'Challa, something shifted. Not just in Hollywood. In the world. Audiences flooded theaters, many returning again and again, not just to watch a superhero film but to experience something they'd never been given before.

Wakanda wasn't just a fictional nation. It was a vision. An Afrofuturist world where Black excellence wasn't the exception. It was the foundation. A technologically advanced civilization that was never colonized, never conquered, never broken. For millions of viewers, that image alone was revolutionary.

But the story of Black Panther goes deeper than the box office numbers. It begins long before the MCU, in the pages of Marvel Comics during the civil rights era, when two Jewish creators introduced the first Black superhero in mainstream comics. And it extends far beyond the screen, into culture, identity, representation, and the lasting legacy of a man who played a king while quietly fighting the battle of his life.

This episode explores the full story of Black Panther. The history, the cultural impact, the philosophy of Wakanda, and why one character changed what an entire generation believed was possible.

🎧 Whether you're a Marvel fan or not, this story is bigger than any franchise.

  • Can Your Dreams Tell the Future?

You dreamed something would happen. Then it did. Science can't fully explain why.

You've felt it before. A dream so vivid, so specific, that when it plays out in real life days or weeks later, it stops you cold. Not déjà vu. Something deeper. Something that feels like your mind reached forward in time and brought something back.

The American Psychological Association has a name for it. Precognitive dreaming. Visions of the future that don't draw on your five senses, your memory, or your logic. Dreams that contain knowledge you had no way of having.

And it's not as rare as you think. Abraham Lincoln reportedly dreamed of his own assassination days before it happened. Mark Twain dreamed of his brother's death in exact detail before receiving the news. Thousands of ordinary people have reported the same experience, dreams that came true in ways that logic simply cannot account for.

So what's going on? Is your subconscious smarter than you realize? Is your brain picking up on patterns too subtle for your waking mind to process? Or is something stranger happening, something that challenges everything we think we know about time, consciousness, and reality?

This episode explores the science, the psychology, and the mystery behind dreams that predict the future. What we know, what we can't explain, and why this phenomenon refuses to go away no matter how hard skeptics try to dismiss it.

🎧 You'll never think about your dreams the same way after this one.

  • Taoism: The Philosophy of Flow

What if the secret to peace isn't something you find but something you stop fighting?

Daoism doesn't ask you to work harder, think faster, or optimize your life. It asks the opposite. Stop forcing. Stop resisting. Stop swimming against the current and let the river carry you.

According to the Laozi, the Dao is the way of nature. The energies and vibrations of natural matter that flow through everything, including you. And the practice of Daoism is learning how to connect with those energies instead of constantly pushing against them.

In a world obsessed with productivity, control, and self-improvement, Daoism offers something radical: the idea that the best version of your life isn't something you build. It's something you allow.

But how? How do you find the Dao when everything around you demands the opposite? How do you live in harmony with nature when modern life is designed to pull you away from it? And if you do find it, is it really the key to the peace that everyone seems to be chasing?

This episode explores one of the oldest and most misunderstood philosophies on Earth. What Daoism actually teaches, how it differs from everything the modern world tells you, and why letting go might be the most powerful thing you ever do.

🎧 If you're tired of being told to do more, this episode will feel like exhaling for the first time.

  • How to Build Better Habits

You brush your teeth every day without thinking about it. Why can't working out feel the same way?

Some habits are effortless. You don't negotiate with yourself about brushing your teeth. You don't need motivation. You just do it. But other habits, the ones that could actually transform your life, feel like a daily war with your own brain.

Why? What makes one habit automatic and another feel impossible? And is there a way to make the hard ones feel as easy as the ones you already do without thinking?

James Clear spent years studying this question. His book Atomic Habits became one of the best-selling books of the decade for a reason. Not because it told people to try harder. Because it revealed that the entire way most people think about habits is broken.

It's not about willpower. It's not about motivation. It's about systems. Small, invisible changes to your environment, your identity, and your daily patterns that make good habits inevitable and bad habits nearly impossible.

This episode breaks down the science of habits. How to build the ones you keep failing at. How to make them stick without relying on discipline. And how to break the ones that have been quietly running your life in the wrong direction.

🎧 If you've ever started a habit and quit within two weeks, this episode explains exactly why and how to fix it.

  • Nihilism: The Belief in Nothing

Some find meaning in love. Others in simply being alive. Nihilists believe there is no meaning at all.

No purpose. No grand design. Every action, every emotion, every moment of suffering, completely senseless and empty.

This is nihilism. The belief in nothing.

But before you dismiss it, consider this: nihilism isn't just a dark philosophy for pessimists. It's a mirror that forces you to confront the most uncomfortable question you'll ever face. If nothing means anything, why does it bother you so much that it doesn't?

This episode traces nihilism from its philosophical origins to its explosion in modern culture. Why it's taking over an entire generation. Why social media, politics, and economic collapse are pushing millions toward the belief that nothing matters. And whether staring into that void might be the first step toward building something real.
