Kevin earned his MBA from the University of Southampton. Kevin is part of one of the world's largest business coaching organizations, one called Action Coach, and he has been coaching for over 17 years from his hometown of Southampton on the south coast of England. He has written numerous books and received a number of awards for his coaching.

Remarks Kevin, "I always have always looked at businesses as a game. If you can treat your business as a game that you'd be playing, like golf, football baseball, whatever it might be, then I think you come at it from a completely different angle."
