  • Play It Forward Missed Opportunity With Motivational Speaker And Author Adam Smiley Poswolsky
Missed Opportunity- I love sharing conversations.  Hosting requires show prep.  My podcasting platforms feature thousands of guests.  What you don’t have access to are the missed opportunities. The show prep was completed.  The conversation didn’t happen.  I keep all my notes! Paths will cross again.  Let me explain Missed Opportunity.  It’s my questions and statements without their answers.  I’m leaving open enough space at the end of each question hoping they’ll download the talk and insert their answers.Missed Opportunity is a lost piece of history.  Like a message in a bottle tossed out to sea. I hope to locate a destination…
This week we’re putting focus on my missed opportunity with motivational speaker and author Adam Smiley Poswolsky, Missed Opportunity.  A lost piece of history.  You know the questions.  Let’s locate the reactions.  The door is always open.  If you are or know Adam Smiley Poswolsky reach out to me at [email protected] that’s [email protected] Be brilliant!

  • Your Contractor Is No Longer Your Weakest Link John Stewart Hill Explains
John Stewart Hill, founder of The Good Contractors List, but more importantly, I’m a man who had completely given up on life — until God stepped in.In 2011, I was broke, hopeless, and praying for God to end my life. During one of the worst freezes in Dallas–Fort Worth history, I suffered a massive heart attack. As I was being wheeled into ICU, I heard a clear voice ask, “Well, John, do you want to stay or go?” That moment changed everything. I told God, “I’ll stay, but I don’t want to be the same person I’ve been.”From that surrender came three simple requests:I want to be remembered for doing something good.I want to truly live, not just be alive.I want to touch as many lives as possible.Six months later — with no money, no education, no business experience, and now with a damaged heart that left me with Congestive Heart Failure and a pacemaker — I felt led to create something that didn’t exist: a way to separate the good contractors from the bad ones and guarantee every job up to $25,000. That’s how The Good Contractors List was born. Today, it’s backed over $5 billion in projects, helped thousands of homeowners, and built what I now call Collective Authority Marketing — a Kingdom-minded model where ethical business owners unite to raise standards, protect people, and give God the glory through excellence. But my story didn’t end there. In 2022, I received a heart transplant, and I later met my donor’s family. Their last name was Wachal — Bohemian for “Watchman.” The young man whose heart now beats in my chest was Christian Wachal. I literally have the heart of a Christian Watchman, and I don’t think that’s an accident. My mission now is simple: to build Kingdom businesses that become a light in dark industries, restore trust where it’s been broken, and show the world what happens when faith leads the way.

  • The Daily Mess Lazarus Was The Miracle Not The Miracle Maker
I’m always asking questions.  The fun begins when you start researching for answers. Such as…   So many preacher people speak positive words of wisdom inside the walking steps of Lazarus… why wasn’t he seen as a savior?  Plus…who were the people that came with so many rules of why Lazarus kept to himself in silence?   I’m Arroe…  I am a daily writer.  A silent wolf.  I stand on the sidelines and do nothing but watch, listen study then activate.  I call it The Daily Mess.  A chronological walk through an everyday world.  Yes, it’s my morning writing.  As a receiver of thoughts and ideas, we as people tend to throw it to the side and deal with it later.  When a subject arrives, I dig in.  It’s still keeping a journal!  By doing the research the picture becomes clearer.  This is the Daily Mess…

  • Bakersfield CA Versus Nashville Aaron Nichols From NBC's The Voice
Aaron Nichols grew up in Bakersfield where his hardworking single mom juggled long hospital shifts and cleaning jobs to support him and his brothers. Music sparked early when he would secretly play his older brother's electric guitar, and by age 13 was excelling in lessons that his mom made possible. Years later, he reconnected with his childhood crush Felisha - they're now happily married with a young son, Jack, who cheers him on. Aaron moved to San Diego in 2013, playing local wedding and party bands while singing harmonies in church. The passing of his favorite singer, Chris Cornell, inspired him to explore his own voice, eventually booking gigs as a lead singer. In 2022, Aaron and Felisha made the leap to Nashville, where he now plays four to five nights a week, leads worship at church and has gained the confidence to audition for "The Voice," ready to take his music to the next stage.
