Paola shares how she manifested her first show HBO's Ballers with The Rock and Mark Wahlberg, her life as an Actress and Producer in Los Angeles and she gives insight into the acting industry as a whole. When I got to a place where I could hire employees I made sure that I only took on people who trusted me, my vision and believed in the company through and through. Part of my vision was having an employment structure that was all my own and didn't follow the traditional landscape that other companies offered. A big thing for me was to create an agency by my rules and not copy other ceo's guidelines or follow the "norm". I value my employees, treat them as family, build them to be the best that they can be and show them how to find purpose and passion.

The beautiful thing about this journey of life is that we are constantly shedding old skin and coming into new versions of ourselves. The growing pains feel strange, painful, exciting and even confusing. However, we must be aware that this is only leading us into the next chapter of our lives where you start to realize that everything is actually aligning just as it should. In divine timing. All is well. Welcome this new version of yourself and get to know them.

When Joe was living in New York City, he downloaded dating apps and started finding various things wrong with each app's system or rather how people were using them. Joe felt that rarely any real connections stemmed from the way people were using online dating platforms. Endless swiping, multiple dates, and not focusing / seeing through one person's connection.

The pandemic hit and Joe, who was previously working in finance started putting together what his idea of a successful dating app looked like. The branding, the system, a team and who could back his idea and be a beneficial long term investor. Alas, FROME was born!

Joe talks through launching the app, what he feels other dating apps systems lack, being confident in dating, how to find long term investors that are a fit, marketing and overall being an entrepreneur that is always evolving in the space. I sat down with Marlaina Pate, the Founder of the app Organically Grounded. Marlaina began her health and wellness journey when she was diagnosed with scoliosis at the age of 10 years old. She wanted to be proactive and ensure that she was treating her scoliosis early on to help with her future. Marlaina soon realized that treating scoliosis and learning different techniques was expensive and not everyone had the means to do it. Finding this gap led her to her starting a website and app to provide those with scoliosis different workouts to lengthen and strengthen their spine as well as sharing a plethora of information she had learned throughout her journey.

We also discuss living in Los Angeles, the modeling industry, putting together events, starting her app as well as a fun Zink After Dark rapid fire.

Marlaina is an ambitious woman and one to watch! I loved hearing about her journey and how she took her diagnosis and turned it into a career led by passion to help and support others.
