It's not as bleak as the media reports it to be. Housing policy changes have made it clear that first home buyers are a priority in the property market. But of course, even with the government aiming to "tilt the balance" in favour of first-timers, getting a 20% deposit is still a challenge for many.
Join Debbie Roberts of Property Apprentice and Linda Eagleton of MiTeam Mortgages and Insurance as they discuss how to get lending as a first home buyer if you can't meet the 20% deposit requirement. It's definitely not impossible.
In our next episode, we will be addressing how to get lending for investors who do not have a 40% deposit. Stay tuned and subscribe!
