In this episode of The Autoimmune Simplified Podcast, we chat with Danielle Graffen about nutritional strategies that those with autoimmune inflammatory bowel disease can realistically and practically apply in their lives.
Having this information and establishing achievable goals will empower you to meet your nutritional needs, manage your symptoms, and feel better!
