Merry Christmas and happy holidays! I chose to release this episode during the week we celebrate Christ’s birthday because there is a lot that goes into birthing a new human being. If you listen from a place of understanding your own conception story, your own preconception story, your own postpartum story - if you are a mother. If you go back through those experiences with every offspring that you’ve had, if you go through each of those stories, those experiences, then you are going to get so much out of this episode.
