Anna Sevo is a 51-year-old Swede who grew up surrounded by alternative therapies — reflexology on Sundays, always looking for the root cause rather than the symptom. Yet for over two decades, she lived with chronic pain following a whiplash injury at age 20, alongside burnout and recurring sinus issues. Conventional medicine — including a gruelling 6-week hospital rehabilitation programme — only made things worse.

Everything changed when Anna followed a long-held curiosity about Shirodhara (warm oil poured on the forehead) and ended up at an Ayurvedic clinic in Bali. What she thought would be a single treatment turned into a full 14-day Panchakarma — and the beginning of a profound transformation.
