It took us a while but we finally get round to discussing a fabulous final session of Indoor action. The last day of Glasgow24 had it all, shocks, surprises, more British medals and another World Record!!!!

The likes of Devynne Charlton, Alexander Doom, Tara Davis - Woodhall, Femke Bol and Geordie Beamish made sure that the champs went out with a bang.

Did you think we'd forgotten about you??? 

We took our time but it was worth it cos we couldn't do the end of year review without the First Ladies of Backstraight. Jeanette Kwakye and OG Backstraight Girl Claire Thomas made room in their very busy broadcasting schedules to join us and discuss an action packed 2023.

We're really spoiling you track fans!!!

Sorry the WC review is a bit late but it's certainly worth the wait. We're joined by some UK Middle Distance legends who know a thing or two about winning World Championship medals to discuss our favourite moments from a fabulous champs.
