In Nov 2020,  21-year-old Nangonhs-Ba Massey had just moved into a new apartment with her 2-year-old son. While Massey hosted a party for a friend, 20-year-old Kaden Gilbert stabbed Massey and a male friend on video. Massey and her friend are both indigenous and the crime takes place on native land, so the case ended up in Federal court.

From 2012 through 2017, a series of murders occurred in the neighborhood around E. 93rd Street in Cleveland, Ohio.  Although one murder has been solved, the community believes a serial killer is stalking the streets. Cleveland is no stranger to serial killers, so is it possible there's one more?

In August 2014, Tim Ray Jones, Jr. picked his five children up from elementary school and daycare for the last time. That night, something awful happened in the Jones household as Jones cruelly ended the lives of Merah, 8, Elias, 7, Nahtahn, 6, Gabriel, 2, and Elaine, 1. After the murders, Jones evaded police for 9 days, and eventually gave terrible reasons to explain his crimes.

On the day after Thanksgiving 2020, Instagram influencer/businesswoman Alexis Sharkey stopped responding to texts and posting on social media. Her friends reported her missing on Saturday afternoon. Unbeknownst to them, a city worker had already found her nude body laying in some brush. Her mysterious death drew global attention, but the story's resolution is sadly all too common.

In late October 2014, Kelly Turner returned to her hometown of Austin, TX, to introduce her new boyfriend Joseph Karr to her family and friends. Everyone thought the new couple seemed happy together -- at first. On Halloween night, Kelly and Joseph went out with a few of her friends for a night on the town. On Halloween 2009, 30-year-old Ben Gardner and 28-year-old Allana Devine went dancing at a club to celebrate Halloween and Allana's birthday. Ben dressed up as a vampire, while Allana dressed as a pirate. On their way home, 3 men stole Allana's hat and wig. When she asked for it back, they attacked the couple instead.

On October 31, 1981, a neighbor found the bloody bodies of 20-year-old Elizabeth Platzman and 39-year-old Ron Sisman in Sisman's New York City apartment.
