Bandwagons

On this week’s episode, Bríd and Fionnuala revisit the area of sustainability, and learn about how reducing our food waste could end world hunger - yep, really.

Zero-waste chef and Culinary Director of FoodSpace Conor Spacey introduces the wagons to, eh, Wexford kimchi and tells them how to make booze out of pineapple scraps.

Plus, Programmes Director for World Vision Ireland Maurice Sadlier explains how we can end global food poverty by making some small changes in our every day lives.

This episode is brought to you by World Vision Ireland.

This week, we're asking you to take the hour that you usually would to listen to this podcast and go educate yourselves - acknowledge your white privilege, address the racial biases ingrained in you and ask what you can do next for #BlackLivesMatter at home and across the world. Make it a habit, not a hashtag.
