This session is inspired by a lesson in the book, The Way of Mastery. The lesson is about karma, and how we find freedom from our karma when we bring unconditional Love to the effects of the choices we previously made.
For this meditation, Molly suggests you have a journal and pen close by. She reads questions from the lesson that help shed light on where in your life you need to bring unconditional love and healing (meditation begin at 10:13).

This session is dedicated to my teacher, Tina Porter, and her family; and our Asian brothers and sisters.
Tonglen is 'taking and sending' meditation. We draw the suffering or pain of another into our hearts and send them relief. It awakens compassion and connects us to others. When we are able to hold the suffering of another, we deepen our capacity to love and experience life fully.
"Compassion is not the relationship between the healer and the wounded. Only when we know our own darkness well can we be present with the darkness of others. Compassion becomes real when we recognize our shared humanity." -Pema Chodron

In this session we explore the RAIN practice, which is an acronym for:
Recognize
Allow
Investigate
Nurture
It is especially helpful when working with reactivity and strong emotions that get triggered. Molly shares a personal experience and then guides you through your own RAIN practice. In the end, you will find that you have come to a deeper understanding of why you are triggered and connect with the vulnerability that is underneath.
Meditation begins at 9:44.

In this session we explore living true to ourselves and our hearts in a world that tells us to seek outside ourselves for answers and validation. We find our way back home to ourselves by turning within, and getting quiet and still.
Meditation begins at 9:25.
The practice beings with the poem: Start Close In, by David Whyte. The meditation explores sinking into the depth of your being and asking four simple words: what do I want?

This mini session is about the importance of consuming media in a mindful way. When we do so, we give our system a much needed break to 'digest' the information that we take in and we center ourselves so that we can consume in love rather than fear.

Happy New Year, friends! This session focuses on what allowance and acceptance means, what it is NOT, and how we find it in the midst of painful experiences and injustice in our world. Molly talks about resistance, and the power of saying yes to life. Our ability to accept "what is" doesn't change the experience, but it changes how we are relating to it, and that's where the freedom comes from.
"Nothing can be transformed unless it is first accepted."
Meditation begins at 16:13.
This meditation is about experiencing the present moment without judgement. You are invited to work with a situation that triggers you, and bring an accepting presence to it.

This session is inspired by Rumi's poem The Guest House. This poem reminds us to keep the energetic door of our heart open to all parts of ourselves so that we might experience wholeness and peace. Isn’t that a beautiful way to enter into a new year?! In total acceptance of yourself, befriending all the parts of you that make you uniquely you.
Meditation begins at 6:46.
This meditation is about honoring , accepting, and embracing the parts of yourself that you may have been resisting or pushing away.

Awareness Knowing Itself
by Danna Faulds
Settle in the here and now.
Reach down into the center
where the world is not spinning
and drink this holy peace.
Feel relief flood into every
cell. Nothing to do. Nothing
to be but what you are already.
Nothing to receive but what
flows effortlessly from the
mystery into form.
Nothing to run from or run
toward. Just this breath,
awareness knowing itself as
embodiment. Just this breath,
awareness waking up to truth.
