"Life is so unpredictable in its routine, you can end up in a position where you are consistently triggered."  If you don't process and effectively move through those triggers, life doing what it does will have you in a constant state of chaos and unease.

In today's episode Chelsea shares how she processes and move through life's triggers so that she always lands in a place of steadiness, presence and freedom.
