Former Love Islander Belle Hassan joined me on Headstrong to talk about growing up with a famous Dad, and what that experience was like. It did not rub off on her though, and was never that interested in the spotlight. During Belle's teenage years, she had an experience with an ex that led to self-harming, because she blamed herself for their relationship breakdown. In reality, there were plenty of things going on, which we talk about, and now she understands that she was a victim of gaslighting and manipulation, but does not blame anyone.
