Darrell Keith Rich, known as “The Hilltop Rapist,” was born on February 14, 1955. Although he was born on Valentine’s Day, this would be no indication of who Rich would become as an adult. This cold-blooded Serial Killer got his name by the manner in which he captured most of his victims.
