Had a blast talking to Nate Cerwinske about all things weightlifting. He just competed at the American Open Finals and qualified for the Junior World Championships for Team USA. We got into the lead up to competition, weight selections, how he prepares to take a lift, and much more.

On this solo episode, I go into dealing with a stressful week. Sometimes, things happen that are outside of our control. We are all human and deal with stress differently. I share a few things going on and how I'm trying to reset my health and stress levels. This was a hard one for me to sit down and record, but it was the best I could do for the week.
