Olympic champion Rizki Juniansyah and two-time world champion Rahmat Erwin Abdullah both competed at the 33rd SEA Games in the -79kg and -89kg weight categories respectively. Other world records were set by Weeraphon Wichuma and Theerapong Silachai, as well as huge lifts by Elreen Ando and a historic performance by Hidilyn Diaz. Also in gyms around the world we saw impressive lifts, most notably a 156kg clean by Olivia Reeves. All that and more in this week's WLHOUSE News Show.
