Today we finally saw the highly anticipated Abdo Younes turn up to the training hall and he did not disappoint! In this epsiode we discuss him as well as Olivia Reeves, Jeison Lopez, and the incredible battles in the W-53kg category with Olivia Reeves and the M-60kg class.

Today was the first day of competition at the 2025 World Weightlifting Championships and we saw the one and only Ri Song gum smash all new world records! In the training hall we caight up with the top -71kg men in the world, as well as today's biggest arrival, Olivia Reeves!
