On this week’s episode I sit down with Beverly Coughlan AKA Bev. Bev was a guest on Episode 3 The Five lamps and on that we touched on her journey through pre and post-natal depression and psychosis.

After that  episode we got so many messages and requests, asking us to sit down together again and this week we get into the why behind her journey and how two horrific incidents sent her down the path of anxiety.

We chat through the births of our children and she tells me of her horrific miscarriage and how these events impacted not only her but her little family.

She tells me why it’s so important to get your smear and what she went through because of a delayed result. 

We chat how she campions others to be their very best self and how she is getting there with her own confidence.

Bev was a pleasure to sit with and someone you can easily relate with, we had lots of fun on and off mike on this, Prosecco is to blame…… we hope you enjoy.
