Today I have a very interesting chat with Catherine Reohorn of Kind Copy. Catherine herself lost 8.5 stone, loved the non-physical benefits of exercise, and retrained as a personal trainer. She got into copywriting to more effectively communicate for her own business, but ended up doing lots of writing for other fitness professionals & gym owners.
She herself says "Lots of the guidance about copywriting - especially in fitness - is about leaning into your prospect's pain points. Magnifying the consequences of not changing. I think there's room for kind copy - one which builds trust not only in you as a coach, but also in the clients' own abilities."
