For step one, he shares how he has come to understand he is powerless over everything and how faith is not knowing and being okay with not knowing. Bill candidly shatters some AA myths regarding bad behavior, speaks to his return to sanity and briefly touches on Step 3 where he discovered everything he needed to heal himself he already possessed.
