May 01, 2021Harvesting mania in retrospect in order to get an alignment with one's visionpart of this is I need new ways I don't have many people in my life who see things this way or a similar way and so this is a call out for ways to create ricos one of the first things I'm going to do when I start actually embodying my mania again is practicing random acts of kindness for to our time chunks approximately I don't know if I covered this bit I have this bunch of writing and I don't know if I covered this so I'm going to go quickly but I was thinking maplin mania and psychosis land is kind of like feedback it's sort of like the missteps along the way and then having to retrace one steps and sort of having experiences of old memories and new perceptions mixed together so it's almost in a way by doing that it's a way to integrate the past to catch up with the present i think we experienced such extreme states because maybe we're even clearing our our light body are mine screen or perceptual apparatus of all those accumulated bits of dust of the ego that we've recorded over time and even if it's not even if it's not getting rid of them as at least making us aware that they're there and and in that way we can perhaps act in different ways instead of being instead of acting in unconscious ways and we don't know why we're acting that way sort of gives us an idea of why we're acting that way and I do think the collective unconscious comes in here as well so there's some personal karma that's resolved as well as collective unconscious karma and this is all just conceptual it's not necessarily true it's just an interesting way to think about it i'm just playing with words it's almost like an attempt to get congruent or jumping through hoops to get congruent and i don't think it can be fully done in the process mania and that's where harvesting comes in in retrospect in order to get an alignment with one's vision we realize that we're sort of off track as a human being and being on the eco track is always being off track and there's no such thing as one track there's so many different tracks and it's up for us to be explorers of that and not just stay on our single ego safe track that we think is safety but really it leads to isolation and increases the potential of developing a so-called mental illness and I wrote down I think that when somebody's talking about their personal goals they're actually talking about their mental illness because unless it's an alignment with the universe it's not good and the manic energy of the universe comes in and opens up our vision we can see so much and then the myopic view of professionals and so-called normal people actually collapse that huge vision into a small narrow band of illness mania is like stepping outside one's personal history and it's a blank slate and in a way I wanted to mania after experiencing some distressful things and it was maybe a way to almost save me from that because had I kept going in that terrified state I don't know what would have happened to me and I was thinking about how the trans consciousness experience is sort of like having access to new perceptions new insights new means but also having access to one's ego which is ones old way of relating in order to relate to the collective society that's still out there we do need both and I take medication too I think maintain that dual awareness in April when I was in the psych ward they try to put me on a lot of seroquel and I did not want that and so I'm not on it I'm just on a bit of lithium and I'm able to still learn and live and and have an enjoyable life if I was on the other medication I wouldn't feel like that and i would feel pretty miserable how do we design Society for manic flow I wrote down here the thinker is the thought and this is something that J Krishnamurti talks about a lot and I never really got it until I heard somebody say that here is the speaker so the one in the mind that's listening to the thought happening is the same as the thought it's the same energy and process so it's divided...more30minPlay
April 30, 2021Degrees of freedom lost in invisible straight jacketshow are we going to see the patterns of the moment right now if we were being distracted and disoriented by patterns of the past and in so-called mental illness and psychosis and things we actually see that we're hallucinating maybe not at the exact moment but at a certain point where like wow that was big hallucination likely but people that are so-called normal still think the images in the ego that they're seeing is real so they're still delusional so I think this process of so-called psychosis and mania helps to heal the delusion of this attachment to images and not take the images so seriously and so to come back to regular ego consciousness and then and then take it seriously again is missing the point a little bit I think we can level up socially with perspective asst approaches so people with trans consciousness perspectives can actually help us level up socially because we can perceive these social fabric issues the worlds in recovery I don't even like the term recovery so i would like to transform that too rediscovery and recreation need to rediscover and recreate the world I think this trans consciousness and I think I talked about this before is a different line of intelligence intelligence we all have access to its not a mystery it's just a line that we haven't developed and it's one that when it starts to develop and it could be part of the evolution of consciousness it's somewhat misunderstood because we take the ego and consistency to be what a person is that would be like having a clarinet and just playing the cenote all the time we have full range of tunes and melodies that we can play through our body consciousness instrument but we just play the same old one all the time and that makes other people comfortable apparently but as soon as we're like wow there's so much more I can do with this body in the structure and in this universe that I'm in and a part of then it's seen as illness basically for stepping out of line and in society we have lineups for for the bank and lineups for food and lineups lineups lamps we don't even know we have all these individual lineups in our own inner realm of the rules of society and a lot of them are completely necessary but some of them prevent us from actually fully expressing all the ways that we are and allowing that to come out and through us and playing our full range of notes if we identify with our ego self it's like having somebody with the most beautiful voice sing the same note all the time well each one of us is a beautiful human being and we're playing our same ego programs all the time we've lost those degrees of freedom it's like we have invisible straight jackets on I'm part of sharing context and making new memes and meaning is just validating my own experience and hopefully validating some of yours and hopefully you can validate some of yours with yourself and part of the validation is sort of like okay you're still human it's okay and I actually feel like it's beyond okay because it's about making new meaning and memes so it's not just about oh it's okay you're still human it's actually you're becoming more fully human people that are diagnosed with bipolar disorder are said to have a mood disorder because they're up and they're down all over the place they're actually more just responding fully in the moment and maybe it seems a bit extreme because everyone else is so dulled out and I'm not saying it's necessarily good but if a person was allowed to be that way for a certain period of time they would probably naturally start to calm down as they got used to perceiving certain things so they would eventually even out somewhat but a person like that might be my benefit from someone who can sort of coach them through it instead of say your your dysfunctional or you're just near defective in a way and I guess that's kind of what Tom Wooten's doing he's helping people keep their cool and that's a very good thing if I did a campaign on stigma it would be scr...more29minPlay
April 29, 2021Accumulating the gravity of stress on the manic light body I still have lots more to go I think I talked a little bit about how allostatic load is like accumulating gravity and gravity to me is almost like the intersection of light and sound where we create these images that are scar tissue on our inner light body interface quantum processor I wonder if gravity's like the opposite of light or something or chiral to light I'm not sure how that works exactly but there's something about the non-superimposable mirror images I also worked on the gravity creates mass I don't know about that but just something I wrote down and just like exercise using the force of gravity so lifting weights putting weight lifting it in the force of gravity create strength embodying ones mania in the field of gravity and also in the field of consciousness might actually create the critical mass of consciousness so embodied mania is how we move about space and gravity in our gestures and by doing that we're repattern in reality which the pattern and the vibration is more to do with light and consciousness so we're being more our light body when we're moving in these ways that the universe would animate us and I feel like that will create the critical mass that's needed to shift this dense material reality into actuality so I think I'm seeing something about the relatedness to consciousness and gravity they're both really related there's a field of gravity and there's the field of consciousness and when I go into manic consciousness gravity has less effect on me and I feel lighter and I'm taller so there is something about the field of consciousness is lighter in the field of gravity has less effect because there's less mass it's less dense and that's why I think the material reality is almost like the accumulation of material on the light body perhaps consciousness and this other consciousness is anti gravity actually do you feel like that other reality is just adjacent to us it might actually be chiral it might be a non-superimposable mirror image and I do feel like autistic children are seeds of a different kind of human being that is actually necessary for the planet right now I was listening to a talk on a course like a online course about trickster and a lady mentioned something that was really profound she said that there's a certain type of weed that's like an invasive species where she lives that is all over the place but she said it's actually needed because it's sort of holding the ground together or something and she says the weed the supposed weed that shows up is actually what's needed and it's the strength yet it's seen as like this big invasion and like it shouldn't be here but it's actually there for a reason it's like the medicine needed like where I live there's a lot of dandelions growing and that is good medicine for a lot of things but we don't use it we just see it as a weed so what I'm saying is with children with autism not that they're weeds but they are exactly what are needed but will we just or throw weed killer on them or will we actually allow them to flower into what they're designed to flower into again this is about experiencia diversity and diversity and consciousness and there are a different type of trans consciousness they're the type that haven't been able to develop strong language ego structures so it's like this as my experience but they get that as a young child versus going through all of this and then have it happen so it's like it's happening to the people that are at the end of this generation moving into adulthood and it's also happening to the ones being born now will we even be able to see their gifts likely not because it's something inner that has to flower externally and you can't and a flower will can't express its full beauty if all of its petals are being plucked off and I feel this real languaging project this transfer mania of language could help to lighten the allostatic load of the gravity of the words and then the meaning and the heaviness of...more32minPlay
April 28, 2021Playfulness, laughter, beauty, joy and the richness of being humanwith the present moment which is not the present moment so we're always interpreting the present in terms of the past and in that way we're not actually learning and there's nothing new and so things feel meaningless and not beautiful we adapt a thing so something that's beautiful right now if I do that every day it's not going to be feeling the same way so we kind of do the opposite with our ego memories we have these things and we're always feeling the same way because we're recognizing the same pattern because we allowed it to get stuck there of the billions and trillions of patterns we've experienced in our life until now we let if you get stuck in our body and on our inner light body mind screen and then we're always reacting and seeing that those bits are what are making the rest of our life salient it's being made salient as this meaningless because we've adapted to seeing the same thing all the time and has gotten really boring and it's it's habit it's habitual and it's important to make certain things have it like walking driving things like that but if we're making our psychological bits habit besides actual physical skills then we're actually polluting our inner dimension and it's no longer the rich experience that we came here with so again the ego is like a hallucination it's like a delusion we're being diluted and polluted by our past and trying to change our thoughts is sort of like trying to hallucinate a better ego and that can pacify us for a while but it's not that sustainable so I believe manic consciousness makes us an instrument of the universe instead of an instrument playing the old songs of the ego and the images inside our head and passed off which is like being an old record so most people in reality are walking around like they're old records and they're keeping the old alive and then when that mind screen gets clearer in the inner light body everything filters through us and funnels through us and passes through us clean and that means we're actually playing and acting and being animated by the energy of the universe and not like a record would be or like one of those old music boxes if there was no little little pieces of metal there there would be no music so in that way the ego is like a music box with all this music but it's not in tune so and then the universe is like music box but it's the tune of the universe so as it turns around the song that's being played is in tune whereas the ego is like a music box that the thing was just created kind of randomly or it was just the same note over and over again leading ding ding ding just the same note and it gets really boring and nobody would want to listen to it so the person who's listening to it get really bored again I feel like the mines green the inner light body hits becomes a dust filter when once one piece of dust accumulates it's going to keep accumulating on that point so that's going to be like a sore spot for people and like a trigger to play the old record and act out old past programming one can see ones tendency to want to react and not react and that starts to stop the accumulation and maybe what gets pretty accumulation is whatever it is that one acts with in ennis instead of that so it almost repattern so by doing one gesture all the time is going to make my muscles attuned and my brain in tune to that but if I start doing a different gesture it's going to weaken that other circuit of that one that I was always doing as a reaction now if instead doing that one reaction now I have a choice of doing a hundred different things or whatever it is required in the moment now I've gone from having sort of that scar tissue in that aspect of myself to not having it because I'm not always reinforcing that so our past programming tends to dictate our reactions yet we think we have choice over the way we act I feel like when the mine screen inner light body interface interface is clear the universe just passes through us and we pass through...more43minPlay
April 27, 2021Transformania and creating new language for people who experience manic consciousnesspart of transformania which is creating new language for people who experience manic consciousness is just creating new meaning and new memes that can replicate through us if they resonate I'm just having fun playing with words and I don't know if any of it resonates so also with what I was saying about how I feel like I just have to say this stuff and get it out of my system these memes are sort of within me or on bits of paper and I feel like I want to share and this is a form of I'm not sure if it's epi mimetics or endo mimetics but just like there's epigenetics control above the genes there's I feel there's there's mimetics there's memes and we usually recycle memes from our past as well as what we see in the media and learn from other people so it's all sort of passed and old and secondhand and I feel going into the state of media gives us access to new memes we're actually the makers of new memes and doesn't mean they're all correct it just means they're new and we can either spread them or we can talk about them or not talk about them and I feel like in the state of mania we talk about them and we can't not talk about them but we're just sort of bouncing around talking to random people or whatever so they don't necessarily take hold per se and it's not a state where you're talking about the state it's a state where you're just talking about whatever is in the moment so now part of my harvesting process is harvesting the state by sort of unfolding and making context about the state so I have pages of all of the things I wrote down the very first time I was in that state of consciousness and I don't know how much of it is actually coherent they but they might have been some nice thoughts and ideas but what I'm saying is those weren't memes about the state so now i'm creating memes which are a language to understand the state so actually I'm seeing now that I feel like mania is epi mimetics it's memes coming from somewhere else than our own personal pool of memes or the memes that are well-known in society and they're sort of perceptual mimetics and that we perceive something and memes get created within us which we can speak so if i was in manic consciousness i could speak them and blah blah blah they'd sort of spread out a little bit or say i was a manic consciousness i just decided to talk to my cell phone video for 20 hours and then post that now those memes can spread more but if i'm in mad at consciousness not all of it would be coherent per se i might be saying i'm captain of the universe which would be kind of entertaining as well but what I'm saying is I feel like harvesting one's mania after the fact is a form of endo mimetics so it's going back in retrospect and thinking about the EPI mimetic process and creating endo memes related to the EPI memes so I could share epi memes and I can share endo memes which are making meaning out of that meaning making process itself the state itself is very meaningful it's felt as very meaningful and there's no need to make meaning out of that meaningful state it's just living and being alive and celebrating and being playful and that's the meaning itself and so this is sort of making meaning in retrospect witches endo mimetics which is related to the epi mimetics I have an epi meme which is say the one I shared before about we're all killing each other with our thoughts feelings and actions and that's to do with sort of the butterfly effect or the ripple effect how what we do here affects somebody across the world and in sits in subtle ways that we can't necessarily perceive if we can actually perceive it we wouldn't do it but that's what makes it an interesting game is we have no idea what we're doing and what's going to happen we're going to be surprised the moment we find that life isn't going to surprise us anymore we're pretty much in the state of suicide so so I feel that that's the way it is is harvesting one's manias and doma mattox it's making meaning out of the EP...more47minPlay
April 25, 2021The importance of talking about mania to create more contextI got this as a gift for my niece definitely gonna wear it to work on Monday and just more random thoughts that I want to talk about to myself for no particular reason just transforming it from words in my computer or words on pieces of paper to video and i was i was thinking again about how the mind screen is the way we interface with reality and we're interfacing more with the mine screen then we are with people's actual faces we're not taking them at face value we're taking them at the value of our evaluations based on our thoughts and images in our head so we have these interference patterns of thoughts and an images that are somewhat holographic in nature and those patterns and those movies playing in our head actually interfere with us being able to perceive the actual pattern of what's happening right in front of us and I think that's one of the reasons why people that go into manic consciousness can read reality so well because that eagle mines green interference pattern creator of old past images has has gone away and actually think that it might be replaced with maybe kind of thoughts and images calculations in the mind screen that are more congruent with actual reality and predicting things and pattern recognition instead of going based on the past ego limited stuff which is like this linear accumulation or as if it's clear we can use our full perceptual apparatus of our eyes and our heart and our entire being in order to read reality and that's what plays inside and it's actually a lot more information than the linear ego and that could be part of the information overload issue in a way is that now all of a sudden there's so much more information playing on the mind screen which is one of the ways we interface with reality it's almost like that's where our quantum holographic computer is and at some point that kind of works against us because then we start to make scary predictions about the future which may or may not be true or maybe a possibility that can easily be moved away from so we can either play old tapes or co-create the images and and words in our mind screen in order to be more congruent and actually co-create and unfold reality so if we're seeing our ego stuff we're just unfolding the same ego psychodrama all the time but if we start to get with reality we start to unfold with that and that can be a very very scary and challenging process and it's interesting because when the ego version of the images and thoughts on the mine screen is loosened up in the process of manic consciousness we're able to now play with images and words so we're able to see something in reality and create new words or see the connection to all the words and and make light of words and create new memes and new meanings and laugh at them and play with them and at a certain point they get they can get scary which is a bit of a natural progression of perhaps creating new memes and a new meaning because it can only go so fast and if a person goes too deep into their own personal meaning and meaning than in a way they've isolated themselves from reality and it's a symbolic journey into that ecstasy and it's an equal and opposite scary symbolic journey back it's almost like going into all these beautiful images that we're co-creating with the universe on her mind screen and in reality and then having to journey back through all the scary collective images and collective past to get to our personal past the two our actual personal point in time and space and in history because we've journeyed into this place of mystery and co-creation and you've decoupled from our ego in order to do that because their ego is what keeps us attached to this linear reality but then we have to come back and and almost rejoin up with our ego and to do that we have to kind of walk back through the past and maybe it's even we go into the future and we have to go walk pass through all possible scary futures in order to get back to the place in space-time...more31minPlay
April 23, 2021The voice of mania creating epigenetic changes and endogenous neurochemicalsI was talking to someone the other day and they were talking about how if we share our story in the context of mental health when we talk about it we go back there when we talk about something we go back to that place and they weren't talking about it in the context of where my mind went when it extrapolated from that it extrapolated that if I talk about the beautiful place that I went to within and experienced as the reality outside of me as well in mania then maybe I'll go back to that place so I can talk to myself about it on these videos and in a way keep those neural connections with that place or maybe just talking about it the words and the sounds will create those epigenetic changes or those endogenous no chemicals to take me back to that place and maybe it won't be as powerful to say when the energy of the universe comes and takes me back to that place but maybe it'll be enough to to keep a little connection with it and in that way to by continuing to talk about it in a way that's non pathologizing maybe i'll create that context within myself that next time I go into distress I won't pathologize myself and I'll be able to get through it and maybe if I can't get through it maybe I'll have someone to help me who's qualified to speak with me in terms of emotional CPR and maybe I'll have brought back to Canada because I see that it's important to have a non pathologizing way to talk to people in distress and so also by talking about how I believe there is a beautiful world right here right now we just can't feel it we're not sensitive to feeling it maybe because we're not sensitive because if we were all sensitive we'd also be sensitive to the crap that we've co-created as our supposedly meaningful human lives and we'd really want to change it and that would be some work yet we could end up in a forest and just live in the beauty for the next 20 years if we happen to be in a forest but if we happen to be in the middle of this society we could be in a lot of trouble and danger so we're not sensitive and if we go into that sensitivity we feel that beautiful world we see that beautiful world but then we're also sensitive to the one that we've created that's not beautiful and the world that's it is out there that's actually within us is not something we have created as egos and human beings it's something within that are all the innate human dimensions that that were connected with that we unfold and manifest that in our part of the co-creation of reality so I'm thinking that by speaking to that might help to create that if I do ever make these videos available to my fellow Mannix my fellow humanik then maybe other people will resonate with that as well and and choose to know that that's right there but it's also a matter of bringing it out so other people can see it too and we might actually be the vehicles of that which is part of the embodied mania so even though we're not feeling the extreme mania still embodying the mania to in a way hold and express that frequency that we know is there we just not tuned into it at the moment and I think part of it is because we have to collectively create it so everyone can tune into it it's already there we can go off into that state in personal ecstasy but then we're there by ourself and it has no value so when we come back it's important to uphold that frequency uphold the highest of ourselves not turn into the pathologized versions of ourselves that the medical paradigm would like us to be in and to work towards that because the more people that see what's already there will create a different world so again by speaking to that I go back to that place which isn't anywhere else but here now part of me is already there I'm part of this is also about teasing out the wellness and the dreams and the visions not just trying to fix illness that vision if we're able to connect with our vision and our dreams and flow towards that that state of flow will heal us just as that energy when it...more33minPlay
April 21, 2021We need safe space to be happy for no reason in maniathey're almost like spent nuclear reactors so new trading ensures one can operate in this society so if I was to new trait myself all right now I'm taking nutrition vitamins as well as medication and I'm working the system now i'm thinking if i wasn't working in the system I'd have a better chance of getting off this bit of medication that I'm on maybe I wouldn't need it to numb me out then maybe stuff would come through me and I would be able to process it and move on and I could keep taking the vitamins maybe the vitamins would keep me in this perception of reality or maybe I would go up into a different perception of reality but I would be ok because I'm not working the system or maybe if I went off with vitamins I would go into that different perception and it could be that i already am in the perception but i don't really feel it because i'm taking the vitamins or i go into that different perception and I spend all my internal resources of those vitamins and then I need to replenish and that's when I sort of fall back down and it could be a vitamin thing it could be like a nutrient thing or it could just be an energetic thing it could just be that all that extra energy comes in and sort of blows out the nervous system and it needs to recuperate so it could just be a nervous system thing and not necessarily anything to do with the molecules and stop it's hard to say i'm wondering what it is but to me it seems like there could be ways to actually modulate this even if i went on say EMP which is true hopes product and it kept me quote unquote normal and say i was in a place in my life where you know i had the resources to keep myself alive and well and safe and all that and decided and I decided to go off the EMP in order to go into that consciousness on purpose and then come down and come back and take it again it might be a way to modulate sort of the gas pedal and the gears and who it is that I want to be animating this physical structure that I appeared be that's something to working in the system is like I need to be my ego self more and it's interacting in ways that people are experiencing me as this ego self and and that structure is very loose so it can easily fall apart and maybe I fall apart not because my now because I fall apart but this ego structure falls apart because it's being broken up and torn to pieces by just being in the system and working in it and I've said before that the universe is trying to animate us in a certain way why is it not sustainable to be animated in that way to be so happy almost needs to be safe space to be that happy things like clowning random acts of kindness improv those are all excuses to be that happy I was also thinking again about becoming a DJ or music producer because it would be an excuse to be really happy and attempt to celebrate with people in a way that is just celebration it's not oh I'm trying to fix you even that meditation I have by that master guy he at the end of it it's a dancing celebration and he says gather energy to live this to be this to be that celebration of life on a daily basis he wasn't saying you know just sit there and stare at wall and it was supposed to be done daily so a person goes out and about in one's daily life as that celebration and it's difficult to be that way working in the mental health system to be animated in that way takes strength and agility it's trying to restore us to our strengths and our agility it takes strength and agility to serve the universe if I wasn't on medication I probably wouldn't be able to work in the system at all and if i wasn't working in the system what would I create I'd probably be recaptured by the mental health system instead of raptured by the universe and that's one of the reasons I'm working in the system because I could again be captured by the system so I attempt to make it better but the other way is to create my own thing and to try create people taking e CPR that would be a different system it's...more47minPlay
April 19, 2021Manic consciousness and channeling the insight download machineso I turned back on my insight machine in my brain and I've been having a lot of insights and they might be a little bit random and disjointed but I feel like just getting some of them on video because I can't keep up in a way just keep coming and I keep they just keep channeling through me and I have no idea of their of any value I actually have this theory about myself about how when I have an idea or something that I think oh yeah i really want to bring that into my life it usually takes about two years for it to appear and I realized that about two years ago I went to some kind of Health Expo and I spoke with someone and I talked about how I wanted to create a video blog to sort of integrate stuff that from the past and whatever I thought of at the time and lo and behold about two years later I am indeed doing that and another thing too is sometimes I would buy stuff and I'd be I wouldn't use it and then two years later I think oh I need that for exactly what it is I need to do right now so I would sort of bite things two years in advance and that can work against me in certain ways because if it's something technological then some no value two years later really for the most part but actually since I got my very first iphone about six years ago I've pretty much had nearly every model of the iphone skipping a few and some of them i actually purchased because i was in that manic consciousness so I I had an iphone but I got the next one and so I had to and whatever but this is the first time that because i always think line I need the faster one or something this is the first time I'm actually really putting it to use because the 6s plus I can make the videos on and I can also edit the videos and post the video so i can do it all on this device whereas if I still had my last one which was the 5c or something then that would have been impossible so I feel like now the technology is really an extension of what it is I'm trying to create so I went into debt to get this thing and but it's been worth it at the same time because I've been able to utilize its creative potential and that was nothing that I even wrote down today but so i'll just start in on this i was thinking about stigma and i was thinking about how there's a lot of talk about people are afraid of the stigma so they don't get help and when I really think about stigma I think a person is sort of detaching from their ego or being confused or depressed basically a person's no longer being consistent and that's not the whole of it obviously but I was just thinking about how human beings have a tendency to try to be consistent above all else and the consistency in a way is the ego so over time we're trying to be consistent try to be consistent and and always tensing up to try to adjust ourselves to how we've typically been in the past and how we want to be seen and an even some of how we were the past maybe we get we start to mask that with how we want to be seen so we create this image of ourselves inside that we're trying to live up to and one of the troubles with that is that were not that image that's not who we are and often times that images in contradiction to who we are and then so if a person is going into a state where they're no longer feeling like they can be consistent because they're say for example depressed or anxious it's almost maybe depressions that one is sad because one has become so consistently far away from who one is and that can be felt as depression because there's this image we've built of ourselves and we think that's who we are and then we're depressed because we're not who we are and that image of ourselves that we think we are really sucks it's accumulated not responding as ourselves over time so it's an adjustment and so when that accumulates over time to the point where say somebody like in my case goes into psychosis now that's a person being not consistent and there's nothing one can do about it so in a way that a person is usually...more40minPlay
April 18, 2021If reality didn't suck people wouldn't do drugs to escape reality says maniaI feel like the allostatic load of trauma dips us into the trauma field of reality it allows us to feel that and resonate with it and they talked about how an open dialogue every perception in the room matters and and he was talking about breathing and the mantra and how it's helpful for people and I agree and at the same time it's important to have another way of living for somebody so they don't just keep co-creating the same reality which is the traumatic world that we all live in so it's amazing to decrease one's allostatic load so one can again function but if it's a function that still Co creates the trauma of society then the purpose of the trauma the lesson of it the value of it the gift in it is not received and you talked about how trauma impacts the autonomic nervous system people that are traumatized they have a faster heart rate and it messes up the endocrine system as well and I was talking about in other videos how a faster heartbeat is like fear and so if the heart is beating in fear one is going to be more aware things that are fearful will be more salient and fear will be projected on things that are normally salient as something other than fear so that's the important of getting the allostatic load down of not having stress of not having cortisol cortisol attacks the hippocampus and then we can't sort out the information coming in and then we lose the sense of ecphoric sensation and we feel scared all the time so that's where fish oil comes in as well I read in this document about the stages of psychosis and how people in the early stages of psychosis their first episode should just be given fish oil and other interventions but it's not until like stage 2 or 3 that medication is even considered and it at every stage it says the same above interventions plus meaning fish oil still fish oil fish oil and this is like a document for psychiatrists yet I was never told to take fish oil and so I'm going to give that to my doctor and say why aren't they even fish oil as a first line of defense against this before antipsychotics why isn't fish oil giving up given out in the psych ward I've made a few items on a list for things that would actually be very easy to implement that might help a lot and one thing they touched on as well is that an adolescent that goes into a distressed state is often resonating with this state of distress of the entire family unit and and so this is kind of obvious and this is also one of the reasons why they often use open dialogue in in Finland for first break psychosis because it's seen as something that's in the social fabric of a person but it's not the person it's not personal and so I was thinking about even me or whoever it's not even just the family unit but that even extends into society so person that manifests say psychosis is manifesting collective distress of the family unit and society because for example if there's stress in the family unit like the father is really angry and stressed all the time and say they have a job out in society that makes them angry and stressed well that extends to society so now the way society is structured has affected the dad which is added to the collective stress of the family unit which is the allostatic load which then man and adolescent and that's just that's not the only stress there's other stressors to the stressor of the adolescent being in society in say the education system so I don't think it's just a family unit the fact that a person has a family makes it seem like oh this is the person that's manifesting it within the family unit and it's partly the family because if a person's stressed and distressed and they're not able to talk with their family or they don't have a good relationship but I don't think it's the family unit that causes it it's just one person manifesting the collective distress which means the person's distressed because everyone else is distressed and they're also personally distressed because of their distre...more37minPlay
