Hi. I’m a covert narcissist. They say Narcissistic personality disorder is a lifelong mental health disorder and hard to treat. After a traumatic event in 2021 I’ve done a lot of soul-searching, meditating and journaling. This helps me look back on all the times I felt hurt, reflect on it and realize that I was often times the one causing the pain. This is how it works: In each episode, I will first tell you of a situation as I would tell my friends - usually playing the victim. In the second half I will dive deep into what actually happened and why I was in the wrong after all. If you are a victim of narcissistic abuse, this podcast might either trigger you or help you understand. I’m not a therapist, this is purely my attempt to contribute to healing.
