An amazing conversation for you today with one of the best athletes I’ve ever had the privilege of knowing, BJJ black belt and UK National Champion, Dominic Dillon. Dom and I met in 2018 while we were both working out of a gym in Brighton, UK, and the first thing that struck me about him was how cool he was to be around. Dom is one of those people who has like this real feel good energy about him, which he balances incredibly well with an ability to shift gears when it comes time to fight or compete. He’s a full time coach and competitor based out of Brighton where he lives with his wife and two daughters.
