It Takes a Valley to Have a Mountain.
Another title I could have used for today's episode is, "Mountain, Valley, Mountain".
It's safe to say that we all want to be on the mountain-top, which represents success in our lives, whether it's reaching a certain level of wealth, or perfect health, or a beautiful relationship, etc.
But understand that you can't get to the mountain-top from a mountain-top. You have to start in the valley and work your way up to the top.
When things are working in certain areas of our life, we often think we can just leap to the next mountain-top, however, in terms of real growth and development, it doesn't work that way.
For instance, imagine a mountain range with progressively increasing mountains… How do you get to the next mountain-top?
You have to actually go down into the valley again.
The valley represents the trials and tribulations, the testing grounds, and the way you develop new capacities and strengths. It's in the valley where you build your mountain-top mindset.
For my full explanation, listen to the in-depth podcast on the subject, where I break it down and help you to apply this in your life TODAY. This will be a real game-changer.
