This is a personal and candid story told by co-host Colleen and her daughter Jordyn.  Jordyn struggled with a severe Eating Disorder for all of her high school years and into college.  They discuss the family's struggle with her physical and mental health and her personal fight to get healthy and choose recovery.  Their hope is that by sharing the journey, others will feel less isolated and scared and know that there is help and available resources.
