When you make or give your word, and keep it, you send a message which says "I can trust myself," "I believe in myself," "I am capable." This breeds confidence, so you begin taking more chances, putting yourself out there more, and making bigger commitments to yourself.

When you don't keep your word—or you don't even make commitments—the opposite happens. It erodes your self-esteem and sense of worth and confidence. It creates a failure pattern.

In this episode, I break down this principle and pattern, so that you can become fully committed to the right things in your life, and gain the immense power and benefits it yields—as well as avoiding all the pain and suffering that comes when you don't understand this process.
