Hi ya'll - today you meet Nova who is a friend of ours on a beautiful path to recovery and accepting accountability for what they call "being the villain in my own story". Nova does not have a formal diagnosis of BPD or NPD but believes they meet the criteria and have been in treatment for the past six months post divorce. We are honored and grateful to them for sharing their story.
