In this episode #45 I had the absolute pleasure to interview 2020 Olympia top 5 IFBB women’s physique pro Ivie Rhein! @ivierhein was born and raised in Brazil and moved with her family to Florida 6 years ago to pursue a better life for her family and continue her bodybuilding journey. Arguably the most mind boggling part of her women’s physique journey was moving up from 15th in 2019 to 5th in 2020 on the greatest stage in the world the @mrolympiallc ! I love speaking with the more seasoned athletes in this industry because they have so much wisdom and experience. And Ivie does just that, telling all in a genuine, practical, humble, kind, yet professional way she is everything you’d want to find when you meet an IFBB pro! She shares her life, diet realities, and awesome training tips in a real way proving anyone with a dream can make it a reality with consistency and hard work.  Thanks Ivie for this time!
