In this episode of the Living in Sync podcast, I'll be sharing my process of reflecting on the past year and preparing for the new one. As a certified nutritionist and fitness coach, I believe setting goals, refining them, and savoring the present are all crucial steps in personal growth.
To help with this process, I use a planner and journal for reflection and goal setting. It's a great way to track progress and stay organized. But I also have a new tool to introduce to you - a bingo card! This fun and interactive tool can be used to track your business, life, and personal goals. It adds a bit of excitement and motivation to the process.
In addition to these practical tools, I want to emphasize the importance of solitude, silence, and prayer. Taking time for yourself, finding moments of silence, and connecting with a higher power can help align your actions and priorities with what truly matters to you.
I invite you to join me in this process of reflection and goal setting. I'd love to hear your feedback and how these strategies work for you. Let's make the most out of the new year together!

At the beginning of the year Lauren reached out to me to pull my chart and explain to me my human design. At first I was like "sure why not, how can it really make a difference?" and oh boy, has it changed a lot for me.

In this podcast episode, of the Living in Sync Podcast l want to share with you productivity and how it relates to the different phases of the menstrual cycle. It is important to understand our female biological blueprint and using that knowledge to optimize productivity.
I share my tips on how I understand and optimize productivity with my cycle, but also how I am not so rigid with it because this is life and sometimes we have to do things no matter what phase of our cycle we are in. I hope this encourages self-care, understanding, and personal fulfillment while juggling multiple tasks and commitments. The first step in understanding your cycle is the importance of evaluation and using your intuition during the menstrual phase and suggests ways to prevent burnout.

Remember when BRB meant you were stepping away from the computer to go live your actual life? Maybe it’s time we bring that back.
BRB with Joelle is a lifestyle podcast for millennial women who are ready to spend a little less time watching everyone else live their lives—and get back to living their own.
We’re talking work, wellness, motherhood, marriage, fitness, style, routines, changing priorities, and figuring out what you actually want when you stop measuring your life against everyone else’s.
Expect honest life updates, conversations that feel like catching up with a friend, a healthy dose of ’90s and early-2000s nostalgia, and encouragement to put down the phone, stay in your own lane, and make your real life the one you actually want to be in.
BRB. We’ve got a life to live.
