I share five reflection prompts I use personally and with coaching clients to surface what actually mattered this year, what quietly drained you, and what's ready to change. I also open up about my own moments of tension, growth, and recalibration especially around work, family, expectations, and connection. This isn't about squeezing meaning out of every hard moment. It's about clarity. It's about giving yourself permission to evolve before you decide what's next.
