In today's episode we discuss breaking the external validation program that most of us have running since childhood. Whether it's from our parents, teachers, boss or loved one, so many of us rely on others to say we are good enough. And while our desire for external validation may never completely go away, we can work on validating ourselves first and foremost.

Our conversation today will provide some tactical advice for reinstalling a program of self validation and self love.
