Sarah has been investing in real estate in the Northumberland area of Ontario for 10 years, gaining experience in many different strategies. She has completed many apartment renovations and flips, and is currently focused on growing a portfolio of multi-unit properties. Sarah specializes in creative financing, working with JV partners, and property management.

Sarah's company, TAG Property Management, manages approximately 200 units in the Cobourg area offering full management services as well as tenant placement and deal consultation to investors. New in 2018, Sarah has created “The Happy Landlord”, which provides property management coaching for self managing investors.

Zahra Marani is the founder of Marani Law. Zahra is focussed on advising her clients in real estate and Commercial Law, and provides practical advice to help her clients grow their portfolios and their businesses. Zahra has also developed a niche practice in advising private investor clients who are involved with private mortgages in the Greater Toronto Area and beyond.

Adrian aka Mr Cashflow has been involved in real estate for 6 years buying properties in the GTA, mostly in Hamilton. Since then he’s been able to retire from his job, and now focusses fully on real estate. He is a realtor and a business partner with Sandy MacKay, and together they’re working on multiple business ventures in Real estate including a property management business, investment firm, construction, and the realtor business.

Nicole Edmonds is a real estate investor from the Muskoka area who has personally invested in 15 real estate deals over the past 3.5 years and has now supplemented her full-time income with her income from real estate. 

A year after graduating from the University of Western Ontario with a Biology degree, she began investing in real estate after realizing the rat race wasn’t for her. 

She strongly believes that to make money in real estate, you must first become well educated. She focuses on purchasing cash flowing multi-unit properties with joint venture partners and other non-traditional strategies.
