In today's episode we speak with Lisa Laudico, Natalia Green and Sheila McGlown who are all living with metastatic breast cancer and part part of the podcast, Our MBC Life.
While breast cancer may unite us, there are many nuances, even within the metastatic community to bring to light. For example, we take a deep dive into being diagnosed de novo, being diagnosed with oligometastatic, and then also discovering you breast cancer recurred and you are now metastatic. These women share their unique and powerful stories with us. T hey are advocates and supporters, and they are here to educate, share in our community and create space for our MBC breast cancer community.
Today you will learn about MBC and how these women discovered their diagnosis and broke the news to their loved ones.

Understanding grief. Understanding the difference between grief and loss. Understanding toxic positivity. These are just some of the topics we touch upon in today's episode with Kelly Grosklag. Kelly created Conversations with Kelly (CWK) for a powerful purpose: to alleviate the suffering of those experiencing deep loss. Kelly’s childhood encounter with trauma and grief, coupled with a life-long passion for building communities of healing, motivates her to help others discover their inner strength.
