The hour starts with a round of Whose Shoes, discussing a variety of fun hypotheticals. Later, Gee Scott joins the show to share where the Seahawks are crrently at through his eyes.

Salk and Brady Henderson discuss if Sunday's game is a must win or not for the Seahawks. They also debate the severity of Geno Smith's unsportsmanlike conduct penalty against the Bills when he tossed the fotball at a player's head. Later, Brock and Salk dive in on the ESPN analytics being very down on the Seahawks in both FPI and playoff percentage, which differs from the ESPN power rankings. They also discuss the impact of new head coaches bringing people onto their coaching staff who are familiar with their scheme and system, and compare Mike Macdonald opting not to go that route to what other first year head coaches across the NFL have done.

More people watched the 2024 World Series than NBA Finals and Brock and Salk wonder if this will change MLB's marketing strategy moving forward, especially when it involves TV contracts and distribution. Then, with Anthony Richardson's future in Indianapolis now up in the air, they discuss if an eventual Seahawks trade for him would be worth it. In Blue 88, topics feature Anthony Bradford, the Rams defense and some Seahawks game tape.

Salk is thrilled to see the Dodgers win the World Series, in other words he's thrilled to see the Yankees lose. He also wonders as the Mariners now hit the offseason, if people will be as up in arms with him suggesting the Mariners should trade George Kirby to get a big time bat as people are with his idea of trading DK Metcalf. Later, they re-air their conversation with Daniel Jeremiah of the NFL Network.
