The Seahawks traded for Rashid Shaheed yesterday and Salk explains how there are only positives to take away from this trade. Later, they re-air their conversation with Daniel Jeremiah of the NFL Network to get his insight on the red-hot Seahawks, Sam Darnold, the Cardinals, the trade deadline and more.

Brock stirred up a question to Salk last night about the idea of the Seahawks trading for Myles Garrett, so they talk through it (and Salk doesn't love the answer). They also discuss just how real the Seahawks are now starting to feel and react to some national sound of people backing the Seahawks up. In Blue 88, Brock dives in on some Demarcus Lawrence comments on Mike Macdonald and the most outrageous Seahawks stat through eight games.
This Seahawks team, for as good as they are, are very different from the Legion of Boom regime. And Salk very much believes in that, so he discusses. Later, they re-air their conversation with Seahawks head coach Mike Macdonald after the team's dominating win over the Commanders.
The NFL Trade Deadline is approaching on Tueday afternoon, and with that Brock and Salk listen to some national sound on some Seahawks trade intentions and debate if they think the Seahawks will make a big trade before then. Later, they get into all of their Seahawks Takeaways after the win over the Commanders.
Mike Macdonald had far more confidence in his team than anyone else entering the 2025 NFL season, and now that confidence is paying off and reigning true, so Brock and Salk talk through it. They then dissect Game 7 of the World Series in which was one of the best baseball games we've ever watched, with the Seahawks emerging victorious to win back-to-back World Series. In Blue 88, topics include what people reached out to Brock about regarding the Seahawks, a major pivot the Seahawks made that hasn't gotten as much buzz and why are the Huskies finally ranked.
The Seahawks overpowered the Commanders on Sunday Night Football, so Brock and Salk discuss how that was their best win of the year so far. Afterwards, they go Around The Weekend with stories from the World Series, a few from the NFL and more.
