Daniel Morcombe was abducted and murdered in the Sunshine Coast in 2003 when he was 13. Daniel's parents Bruce and Denise Morcombe have continued his legacy through The Daniel Morcombe Foundation, which was established to make Australia a safer place for children. In this episode Bruce and Denise open up about the strain of that loss on their marriage, the challenges around State and Federal definitions and funding, their thoughts on forgiveness vs revenge. Later in the episode Bruce spins a great yarn on the awkward time someone offered a handshake in kindness, and Denise has some great advice on how to deal with trolls.
