In this episode, I talk about how to stay full in a calorie deficit because let’s be honest, dieting and being in a calorie deficit isn’t the most fun thing in the world. You have to eat less pizza, pay attention to what you put into your body, and deal with being hungry.
But it also doesn’t have to be the worst thing in the world! There are plenty of ways to make it less sucky.
