Jilz Gluten Free started in 2013 when Jill decided to make her own crackers for Ron, who’s gluten-intolerant. Once she perfected her recipe, she started sharing the crackers with friends and taking them to parties – where they disappeared in a flash. No one knew they were gluten-free. Today, Jill and Ron have a thriving business and Ron’s here to share his business journey. We dive deep into the importance of the business plan, and the specific pieces that go into creating one.
