Listeners, we're back this week with Maydelli Mendoza.

Maydelli is the founder of Healing with Self Love and Raw Love by May. She is passionate about healing at all levels, this comes from her own personal struggle with depression after finding out she was undocumented. Her journey to healing came from a variety of places. As she healed at a spiritual, mental, emotional and physical level, she became a Reiki Master and a Soul Synchronicity meditation expert from the Oneness University in India. Maydelli graduated with a B.A. degree in Sociology and she is eager to start her Master Program in Clinical Psychology. With more than ten years experience in the Restaurant Industry, she hopes to revolutionize the way we look at food which is the reason why she started her Vegan Catering company Raw Love by May. Maydelli realized the major role her food choices were playing in the way she felt physically. Once she understood that, she made food one of her healing tools. She wants others to find healing from past childhood traumas, traumatic events thru yoga, meditation, energy healing, good high vibrational foods and finding their way back to self-love.
